"In my opinion the UCLH summer school was an invaluable experience that really helped confirm my determination to become a doctor. It helped me develop a more mature and informed approach to applying for medical school. It was a very useful thing to be able to mention in my personal statement and at interview which I think helped me stand out from other candidates as being committed and proactive."
